Rash toes: There are many possibilities for the symptoms and rash you describe. You could have a yeast or fungus or allergic contact dermatitis or irritant dermatitis which would be a few of the possibilities. See you doctor or dermatologist to have a fungal culture done and to have the condition evaluated and treated.

Not likely: If you are diabetic then you should have rash checked so it won't become something more serious.

Diabetes Prone: Diabetes does make you more susceptible to illnesses like fungus, which this sounds most likely to be. The immune system is weakened with diabetes and it does make you more susceptible to situations such as you described here.

Many possibilities: There are many things that could cause a skin rash. Several types of inflammatory conditions of the skin, allergic reactions, sun exposure, insect bites, and sometimes bacterial, viral or fungal infections can cause rashes on the skin. Have it evaluated by a professional and get the appropriate treatment.
