Not necessarily: This urinalysis suggests the urine sample is somewhat concentrated, ie you were not drinking a lot of fluids at the time of urine collection. The bacterial count is not particularly high at that concentration, and the mucus may be due to a not-so-clean sample. I cannot comment on whether i would have sent the sample away for culture without knowing more. But nothing dramatically wrong here.
