It depends: People's body respond differently to stressors. It also depends on the type of work you are doing and how much stress it is for your body. In general it is usually good to get 8hrs of sleep at night to be physically restored. Exercise 30-45 mins 5 x a week minimum. Eat balanced and healthy meals. Drink water, avoid processed foods. These are ingredients to staying healthy and feeling well.
