No: The body is pretty good about preparing uterus for another pregnancy. Other than good healthy diet, regular exercise, take a prenatal vitamin and getting plenty of rest, not much you can do to prepare for next pregnancy. Good luck!

No changes: Depending on what, if any, caused were determined for the cause of the stillbirth, you should follow your doctors recommendations. However, in general, you need to eat a healthy well rounded diet, exercise to stay fit, and take your folic acid. If there was a workup that recommended a medication, then take as prescribed.
