What did her gyn say: I am sure her gyn has a plan, in the us the standard of care would be for her to have a hysteroscopy and biopsy of the endometrium to r/o hyperplasia - endometrial pre- cancer or less commonly endometrial cancer or could have other benign reasons, please have her discuss with her gyn.

I did an ultrasound scan and the report reveals a normal size and anteverted uterus measuring 11.1 5.0 6.1 cm in size and 176.2cm^3 by volume. The endometrium measured 13.6mm thick and both ovaries 3.41.9cm(RT) & 3.83.0(LT). What does this mean?

The uterus is anteverted, measures 6.2 x 2.6 x 4.1 cm. Endometrium is 3.3 mm in thickness. The right ovary measures 3.9 x 2.0 x 2.5 cm. The left ovary measures 4.0 x 2.5 x 2.6 cm. Is this normal? also, how does this affect my fertility (if it does)?
My uterus measures 7.1 x3.5x 5.7 cm and the endometrium measures 0.3 cm. At the time of my measurements I was on my period. Is the endometrium to thin?
