Fibromyalgia: If this is fibromyalgia, great! the treatment is simple. Get out and move using the joints and extremities. A good yoga class will work wonders with a balanced diet and adequate hydration. No caffeine whatsoever as this can deplete your fluid stores and cause problems with your electrolyte balance and thus cause muscle and joint pain. Good luck. Hope this helps.

Not likely: Your symptoms are not primarily associated with fibromyalgia, which usually manifests as diffuse muscle-tendon pain with occassional burning and tingling of the hands and feet. Multiple joint pain should be evaluated by a rheumatologist. They can rule out lupus (sle), rheumatoid arthritis, mixed connective tissue disease, gout, and inflammatory spondyloarthropathies.
