For two yrs since i had my tl surgery, i would have really sharp, burning pain when about ovulating and menstrual is it from the tl surgery or no?

No: If you would not have had the tl, you would have had these pains as well. This is just your normal cycle. I have many women who get back on the pill after tl, not for contraception, but for menstrual and pain management.
