Spasm: Uterine spasm and or endometriosis would be the 2 most common things i would think of since it seems to be associated with your period. See your doc as there are some remedies available. Nonsteroidals, ocp, lupron, (leuprolide) laparoscopy, hysterectomy. Are a few things available.
