I have a strong jolt pain at the bottom of my foot every minute or so. im starting to panic, the pain makes me clinch. what can i do?

Get diagnosed: Do not panic. If the pain is severe, you need to go to the er. However, if it is bearable, try an over the counter pain reliever and see your dr tomorrow for an evaluations and treatment of the condition. Best wishes.

Possible: Neuropathy or nerve damage or entrapment. Compression syndrome may be cause. Seek out foot specialist asap.
