Cystoscopy: It might be urinary infection from cystoscopy. You need to see a doc and get antibiotic. Call the doctor who did the procedure. Drink plenty of fluids.

Talk to doc: This may be normal post operative symptoms but bring them up with your doctor. If they could worse you may need to go to the hosputal emergency room.
