Chicken Pox: Once you have had chickenpox, the virus usually remains dormant or asleep in your body for your lifetime. About 1 in 10 adults will have shingles when the virus reemerges during a period of stress. The illness in children typically lasts between four and seven days, with the lesions popping up through day 5. In adults the disease can last a few days longer.

Depends: The date you list appears to say this happened in march by us standard but you are listed as being in india, so i'll assume you mean august 3rd for the start date.Lesons are considered contagious until the last one dries or 6-7 days after the breakout starts. This puts you well after the contagious period. You can go public if you feel up to it.
