Impetigo: It sounds like you might be dealing with a staph infection. Do not break the pustules. See your doctor for evaluation - you may need to have the bigger lesions drained and you may require oral antibiotics. Until you get in to your doctor, use plain soap and water for cleaning then apply a topical antibiotic ointment to the lesions 4 times per day (neosporin, Bacitracin etc). Do not pick!
