Too much likely: It is likely too much Vitamin D which can be toxic. Stop the cod liver oil and stay on the citracal calcium with D3.

Vitamin D: The recommended amount of vitamin D per day is 1000unit (if your vitamin D level is normal), now the food you eat have vit D too so count the amount of bit D you take from ur food roughly and take the rest in form of a supplement,
so if you are taking more than 1000-2000 unit a day you could develop toxicity.
