Lump: The lump has to be examined, investigated, cause indentified and treated, when you say you can eat is it because of the pain from the lump, lack of appetite, nausea, heartburn? Being sleepy all the time needs an evaluation of your day and night time sleeping habits and may be an overnight sleep study.
