NO: Your baby's gender is determined at the moment of conception. If they have 2 x chromosomes they are female and if they have an x and a y they are male. It may not be obvious what their gender is until later on in development in the womb, but the gender is set from their very first cell.

No: The baby's sex is determined the day it is conceived. During the first trimester the sex organs form and develop, so that you can start to see a male vs female organs, but the actual sexual identity is determined the day the sperm hits the egg and fertilizes it.
