X-rays: If she can't stand or walk, then medicines are unlikely to do anything meaningful. Her doctor should have ordered x-rays or mris because it sounds like she has joint issues that may require surgery. If your doctor there won't do it, go to another hospital in your part of india with western doctors who can treat this condition properly.
