Hepatomegaly: How was it determined that it was enlarged? Palptation or ultrasound? Ultrasound measurements are not of a lot of value especially if everything else looks normal on it. If you have symptoms, elevation of the liver function tests, pain or other symptoms, it may be just another stroke in the whole picture.
