See a specialist: It is very difficult to address this without a physical examination. She needs to be evaluated by a proper specialist in pediatrics. She may need a genetic evaluation, an endocrinology evaluation, and/or consultation with a pediatric surgeon. Please see that she is properly assessed. Best of luck to you and to her.
