Not enough Info: An ovarian cyst is normal in pregnancy. Unless it is very large and or causing pain, it should not be removed as it is sustaining the pregnancy. At 12 weeks it should resolve, but unless it is solid, i would be inclined to watch it if it persists after 12 weeks.If pain nause or vomiting, then exploratory surgery may be indicated but, may result in a pregnancy loss.

Yes, but no...: Yes, a laparoscopy can remove an ovarian cyst during pregnancy. However, a corpus luteum ovarian cyst in early pregnancy is normal as it hormonally supports the early pregnancy until the placenta can develop in the second trimester. So, no we don't want to remove something that may terminate your early pregnancy inadvertently.
