I can feel something towards the back of my throat behind my tongue. i can't see anything but feel it there. should i be concerned?

Post nasal drip: It may be post nasal drip but also can be throat irriation, this can result from nasal allergies, chronic sinusitis, acid reflux and smoking. Try a nasal saline spray and/or an antacid, depending on other symptoms you may have and if the problem persists, you need to see a doctor.

Don't know: If you have a lot of allergies or a cold then this may be post nasal drip and treating the allergies may be all that you need to do. If you do not have allergies or a cold or if this continues then you should see your doctor and have this checedk out.
