Sniff: Most nose bleeds are from dry nasal lining. Saline sprays several times a day can help. Try not to removed scabs/crusts--like any other scab, if they come off, you will bleed. It is better to sniff lightly than blow the nose, which can dislodge clots/scabs. Frequent, severe bleeds need evaluation by a doctor and may need cautery or investigation with endoscopy to rule out other causes of bleeds.
