Adderall (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine) Twitches: Muscle twitches are minor and often go unnoticed. Some are common and normal. Others are signs of a nervous system disorder. Stimulants can cause muscke twitching, usually benign. The muscle contractions may or may not be relates to the medication. If the twitching continues, it would be wise to see a physician to get thoroughly evaluated. Comnunicate with your prescribing physician!
