Blistery rash: The rash may represent impetigo. Take a bath with warm soapy water twice a day. You can add 3-4 tablespoons of bleach to the water. Do this at least twice a day. After the bath apply an antibiotic ointment four times daily. If lesions begin to weep, antibiotics are in order. Also important is improvement in your bathroom hygiene.
