What can i use for puffy eyes after my injury has cleared up?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Compresses&elevate: I would have to know the specifics of your injury to be certain. However, cool compresses with a cool wash cloth and elevating the head of your bed while sleeping can help improve eyelid edema or swelling. If the swelling persists, further evaluation by an ophthalmologist and more specifically an eyelid specialist or oculoplastic doctor would be of benefit.
