I woke up to this red line that goes down my right breast- doesn't hurt not raised. its like a scratch but doesn't hurt but wont go away.. saw gyn 2 weeks he did breast exam seemed normal, worrysome?

Probably just a: Scratch mark. Try applying otc cortizone and neosporin cream (neomycin and polymyxin b). Hopefully they'd work. Take care!

Healing time: Your description of this lesion is compatible with a scratch of the skin which has gone deeper than the epidermis causing some blood clot to appear. A good healing time of 4 to 6 weeks should make that scratch disappear without any lump beneath it. If you feel some induration or a lump beneath it, then follow up exam by your doctor is in order.
