if you found an elderly, but otherwise healthy woman dehydrated with swollen feet and kidneys starting to fail, what would you think first?

Lots: I would need to examine for chf, test for protein levels and check for kidney function and protein loss. Labs and chest xray would be helpful. It would be important to make sure medications such as CCB are not contrtibuting.
