She needs help: And no longer able to take care of herself , then , if family is unwilling to take care of her , will find a long term healthy care facility

Lots: I would need to examine for chf, test for protein levels and check for kidney function and protein loss. Labs and chest xray would be helpful. It would be important to make sure medications such as CCB are not contrtibuting.
