Get help: There are many possible causes of mood swings, and you need help assessing what's truly happening with them. Only from that place can you get effective treatment or other suggestions. Start with your primary care doctor -- and see him or her soon. In the meantime, avoid alcohol or drugs, and try to get consistent sleep and exercise. Stay away from stimulants like caffeine too.
