Acne: The medications in your med list are known to cause dry skin. It doesn't mean, however, they are working. They are working only when you're acne are getting better. It means that they are causing side effects. The issue is whether you can cope with it and continue them. Some people can. Avoid applying them within 30 minutes after face washing. Try applying every other day instead daily.

Yes: Acne medications do seem to cause dry skin more so in some patients. If your skin are very sensitive to that particular type , you can ask to be change to different one that is not cause too dry to your skin. Some acne med can cause more dry skin than others.
