Can we take little alcohol while in fever and consuming antibiotics?

Not advisable: The alcohol will still be available after you recover. Some of the antibiotics are detoxified by the same liver pathway increasing possible side effects of the medications. Wish you speedy recovery.

4 days ago I had 4 wisdom teeth removed and was prescribed 20mg of celebrex,codeine, and 500mg of antibiotics to take everyday for the next 2 weeks. The celebrex says not to consume alcohol while being medicated on it but can i if i miss out 1 day.
