Read the label: This information should be marked on the label on the back of the bottle, if you read it. Information i found online shows that each bottle of the "original" formula contains 240 calories. This could differ by specific product.

Read label: Many companies are global & manufacture products for specific country w/different serving sizes (ml vs ounce) & even ingredients. There are many different versions of boost.
