A few tips: Although there is a strong genetic component for allergy, you cannot pass along the pollen allergy like a virus but your offsprings will more likely have allergic diseases. There is strong evidence that children raised in a farm and exposed to many animals is less likely to develop allergy. Low vitamin d level in the pregnant mother is linked to a higher incidence of allergy in the baby.
