Have seasonal pollen allergy since my second child(in 2018).antihistamines never help even a bit.this season im already feeling like eyes are starting to itch(very very little bit for now,feel it coming).should i already start taking antihistamines?

Since antihistamines don't seem to ever help, why not see an allergist and be properly desensitized, rather than trying to mask the symptoms with medications that don't work? You've asked this before and the answer is still the same.
