Depends: If it's symptomatic it may require surgery. The symptoms would be related to increased pressure from the cyst blocking flow of the CSF (cerebrospinal fluid). Google symptoms of increased intracranial pressure. If you have symptoms like this, think about seeing a neurosurgeon. It is normal in up to 15% of adults.

Cyst: Cyst within in the septum pellucidum are actually not uncommon. The size you are describing though is not "questionable" it is large so a neurologist or neurosurgeon would needed to evaluate it based on your symptoms to decide if surgical treatment is needed.
