Postural pain: Sometimes pain that is postural comes from a nerve in your back being pinched when you are in that position. The fact that it is positional and not exertional makes an arterial cause far less likely. See your family doctor and raise this possibility with him or her. If that is the case then physical therapy or pain management may help greatly. Psychiatrist/ psychologist team for your anxiety.
