See a dentist: With the sharp teeth, you might be grinding them at night or possibly during the day and it's creating sharp edges. You should see a dentist to get this evaluated. For the ringing ears and throat, you might have an infection. See your dentist about that as well.

Grinding: Grinding of the teeth occurs at night or during sleep, clenching during awake hours. The cumulative affect of grinding at night, when you sit or lie on your back, signals that there is some type of an alignment problem (neck, bite, etc.) i would see a dentist/tmj-tmd specialist to have an evaluation of your bite while you are in different positions.

Dentist plus: See MD for overall evaluation/treatment. Dentist to address sharp teeth. TMJ expert to manage your obvious TMJ problem. Any dentist can be a TMJ expert with the proper training and experience. Most commonly, oral surgeons, prosthodontists, and orofacial pain specialists. Ask your MD, your dentist and your dental society for referrals.
