Arm pain: It's hard to tell what caused it by the description provided. Overuse is common. Sprain is another possibility. Give it rest, keep it elevated. If pain is severe, a sling may help temporarily. Try heat/cold applications, simple analgesics such as Acetaminophen or ibuprofen. If the pain continues, see doc.
