Migraine: Migraine can be mysterious because of no unique presentation. Sometimes it takes to try fail a few treatments to get to the right one.

Migrainea: The neurologist will take a good history and physical exam and then determine the possible causes of your symptoms. From there he/she will determine what tests to order and the appropriate treatment.
