Caffein stimulant: Caffeine contained in coffee, lasts few hours but loses its effect and if your body gets used to it causing dependence. What is happening is withdrawal from it causing tiredness.

Cutting down on: Caffiene. To reduce withdrawal sxs from caffeine hydrate well with at least 8 – 8 ounce glasses of water per day. Eat healthy but small meals every several hours. Sleep at least 7 to 8 hours per night. Remain physically active. You can use otc pain relievers (that do not contain caffeine) for muscular aches ; pain or headaches.
