Blood under nail.: Purplish to black discoloration under toe nails with no history of injury, is due to shoe pressure on the nails. It will grow off in several months. Buy longer shoes and/or with higher toe boxes.

Multiple : Possibilities including repetitive microtrauma being caused by toe hitting the shoe from a small shoe or from a hallux extensus from a funtional hallux limitis. ( your toe joint bending more due to less motion at the joint before it). Fungus would be in the differential diagnosis or even bacteria.
