Allergy: Zyrtec (cetirizine) is an antihistamine, so you would be safe taking an inhaled steroid like fluticasone. You can also use a decongestant like sudafed. If you have itchy eyes there are also prescription eye drops that can help and are safe to take while on an antihistamine.
