No, unless stressful: Typically something like travel isn't going to bring on a period early or change the amount of bleeding. Sometimes when we are under a lot of stress, it can affect our hormones which can, in turn, affect our menstrual cycle. At 18, still normal to have some fluctuation in your cycle. Hope you had a nice time!
