Achy teeth: There may be many reasons for this. The report here is pretty vague but there are many things that could be responsible. Grinding or clenching your teeth could cause this, eating before bed without brushing your teeth could cause this, cavities and or infections in your teeth could cause this, you really need to see your dentist and get a thorough checkup to determine the origin.

Grinding, clenching : The most common reason for this kind of pain is clenching or grinding during the night. Or you may have decayed and abscessed teeth. It is important that you see a dentist for a comprehensive exam to find out what is going on with you and how to treat your problem.

Clenching : It's from clenching you teeth together during sleep primarily due to stress or physical illnesses , see a dentist to make a night guard for you to wear before you sleep, normally stops the habit within a couple of weeks.
