Monitor closely: Usually the fetus is protected by the uterus and the abdominal wall. However if there is increased back pain or any bleeding follow up with your doctor. Back pain usually can occur with dilatation of the cervix but in this case it is probably from being hit. Monitor for increased pain or spotting
