Neuropathy: If you had back injury from the fall it might have facilitated arthritis in your back that might cause some neural compromise. Other causes of neuropathy also need to be excluded.

Understandable: It seems understandable if your leg was injured enough to cause a significant bone contusion and damage to peripheral nerves in the injured area,that this region of the leg would have lifelong sensitivity to pressure and some loss of sensation to light touch.
