Early Disc Disease: The vibration may be an early warning sign of spine/disc problems. As a general guide, have good posture, evaluate your desk ergonomics, chair and most importantly get up frequently. I recommend changes positons every 20-30 minutes. If you can create a standing desk and alternate positions you will experience less symptoms. Keep hydrated, exercise and maintain good body weight. PT may be helpful.
