I usually eat healthy. but once a week i allow myself one "cheat meal." but lately after i eat them, i get sick. diarrhea, stomach cramping, n/v.

Your body knows when it's receiving healthy food, and when it's not. It provides you feedback that you can heed ot not. Your diarrhea, cramping, and nausea/vomiting sounds like you may be intolerant of (not necessarily allergic to) some of the foods in your "cheat" meals. Perhaps your body prefers not to be served them any longer.
