Depends: This is dependent on a few things including your physicians protocol, and quad strength. The protocol i follow begins light straight line jogging at three months post op. Consult with your physician and/or physical therapist.

4-6 months typical: Gentle jogging and treadmill and then transition to full running around 4-6 months with increased side to side activity. Full recovery for sports 6-8 months.
