Upper back tooth extracted monday. having sinus pressure/swelling. is there anything other then sudafed to relieve extraction related sinus issues since i am concerned with cardiac effects of sudafed?

Tooth extraction : Check with your dentist or your doctor to make sure you dont have an infection as a result of your extraction.

Sinus pressure: Sedated in short term use is fine, but if it does not relieve the pressure, you might have a sinus infection. The antibiotic from your extraction should cover a mild infection, but if the infection is resistant, you might need something stronger. If you want to avoid sudafed, you might want to try a topical decongestant, i.e. Afrin/oxymetazoline.
