I feel pressure on my nose still from my sinus infect, on sudafed and azithromycin. it does not seem to go away completely. been almost a month. could i have been misdiagnose? what else can it be?

Sinus: If allergies may be ongoing in spring. Consider raising head of bed ( pillow under mattress), so nose does not drain into sinuses, zyrtec or antihsitamine before bed, , nasal antihistamine like asteline ,may need room purifier, may be reflux ( use PPI/ H2), consider stronger antibiotic like levaquin (levofloxacin) if not alleregic. Do not use Afrin or cocaine
