Slow growth: Are you under proper medical care? The bigger question are you getting proper nutrition?Have you been ill? Talk to your obstetrician for further evaluation.

Ultrasound: Very unlikely, the best dating is that of a very early ultrasound....So if the baby is growing appropriately, and looks normal it is most likely 7 not 12 weeks.
